Cancellation Policy:

At GATLESSONS, we understand that unexpected situations may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your guitar lesson. However, to ensure a smooth scheduling process and to be fair to both our instructors and other students, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Window:

   • Students are allowed to cancel or reschedule their guitar lessons up to 48 hours before the scheduled lesson time without any penalty.

   • For cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson time, the lesson will be considered as used, and no makeup lesson or refund will be provided.

2. Communication and Contact:

   • All cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made by contacting our business directly through email. Requests made through other channels, such as social media, may not be considered valid.

3. No-Shows:

   • If a student fails to show up for a scheduled lesson without any prior notice or within the 48-hour cancellation window, the lesson will be considered as used, and no makeup lesson or refund will be provided.

4. Instructor's Absence:

   • In the rare event that our guitar instructor needs to cancel a lesson, we will make every effort to notify the student in advance and offer a makeup lesson or provide a refund for the canceled lesson.

5. Makeup Lessons:

   • Makeup lessons are subject to instructor availability and will be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time between the student and the instructor.

   • Makeup lessons must be scheduled within 30 days of the missed lesson. After that period, makeup lessons will no longer be available.

6. Refunds:

   • Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances where we cannot provide a suitable makeup lesson or if we need to cancel multiple lessons due to unforeseen circumstances.

   • Please understand that adhering to this cancellation policy helps us maintain a consistent and fair schedule for all our students and instructors.

 

By booking a guitar lesson, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
